Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shop products (digital downloads)

As an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. For instant-download digital products, that right is waived the moment your download begins — at checkout, you’ll be asked to expressly acknowledge this before completing payment, in line with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. In practice: once you’ve downloaded a file, the purchase is final.

Faulty or unusable files

If a file you’ve bought is genuinely faulty or unusable because of an error on our side — a corrupted export, missing components stated on the product page, a licence key that doesn’t work — contact support@assetixfoundry.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and a description of the problem. We’ll investigate, and where the fault is confirmed, we’ll provide a corrected file or a refund.

Commission packages

10 or more business days before the scheduled kick-off: you can cancel or reschedule free of charge.

Inside 10 business days of the scheduled kick-off: 50% of the package price is retained if you cancel; rescheduling is offered where our calendar allows it.

Once work has begun, refunds are handled case by case, in line with the deliverables already completed against the package’s published inclusion list.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email support@assetixfoundry.com with your order reference. We reply within 1 business day.

Payment processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. In live payment mode, our checkout provider — acting as merchant of record — processes the refund on our instruction; it may take a few business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
