No licence tier permits reselling the files as-is. Extended permits using the asset inside something you build and sell — a template, a themed product — not redistributing the source files themselves.

No. A licence is a one-time purchase covering the version you bought and every update to that major version, for as long as you use it.

Every product includes lifetime updates for the major version you purchased (for example, Foundry UI Core v1.x). A new major version is a separate purchase, at a reduced upgrade price for existing owners.

Yes. The studio is based in Lisbon and EU VAT is handled at checkout for EU buyers; non-EU buyers are not charged EU VAT.

Yes — checkout runs on hosted payment infrastructure. Assetix Foundry never receives or stores your card details.
